Tower Construction

The first tower, Aquilini Centre West, is now occupied with residential rental suites available to the public. For rental information contact the rental office at 604-676-9501 or visit

As part of this tower construction Canucks fans and concert-goers can now enjoy the benefits of expanded concourse space on L100 and L300 at the west end of the Arena near sections 101 and 301. These additional spaces contain exciting new food and beverage amenities with more room to mingle and enjoy the variety of fresh food vendors. Fans can also enjoy a beer or cocktail at the new upscale bars located on both concourse levels.

Level 200 of Aquilini Centre West provides much needed additional men’s and women’s washroom facilities for all guests, increasing the washrooms in Rogers Arena by 25%. These have substantially eliminated lineups at this location.   These new washrooms can be accessed via new stairways from L100 and L300 in the new bar areas.

The second 31-story South Tower will not be attached to Rogers Arena, but will be in close proximity on the South Plaza. Aquilini Centre South will include five levels of underground parking, with over 250 residential rental units in addition to fitness and multipurpose facilities. Work commenced on the tower in February of 2014.

The third 28-story East Tower, which will be located above the current Canucks Team Store, will be another mixed-use high rise with both residential rental apartments and office suites. Canucks Sports & Entertainment is excited to announce as part of the new East Tower construction, the current Canucks Team Store will be relocated to a new larger location facing onto Pat Quinn Way. The new team store will be two levels and will carry the largest assortment of Canucks merchandise. It will have several new shopping experiences along with new upscale brands. This new location will have a very inviting façade, thrilling our fans and creating a true shopping destination.
