The odds of winning the recent $1.5 billion Powerball lottery were slim – one in 292.2 million slim.
The odds of winning 10 sets of Canucks tickets and 10 sets of Rogers Arena concert tickets are much, much better.
Since voting began in the #20in20 Bracket Challenge, 2,500 people have voted for at least one matchup, automatically entering them for a chance to win a whole lot of fun during the 2016-17 season.
You like those odds and want to take part?
Let’s do this.
Simply visit playcanucks.com/twentymoments, register to vote, and vote. That’s actually easier than driving to a corner store and buying a Powerball ticket, not to mention how juicy the odds are.
Who you vote for is up to you. The bracket, which just saw the completion of Round 2, is now into Round 3 with four amazing match-ups on the horizon.
The match-ups are as follows: Slaying the Dragon vs. 11 Seconds, Golden Goal vs. A Salute to Linden, Jordan vs. Grizzlies vs. Royal Puck Drop, and Bryan Adams vs. U2.
From Round 2, the only upset had Jordan vs. Grizzlies take down Welcome Grizzlies, with 85 per cent of the votes. Landslide. Welcome Grizzlies is the only no. 1 seed not moving on to the elite eight.
What happens from here on out is up to you and just for voting, you could win big.
Or you could keep taking your chance at the lottery…
