  • Can I bring my bag into Rogers Arena?

    Purses or bags that are larger than 14” x 14” x 6” (35cm x 35cm x 15cm) will not be allowed in Rogers Arena for any game or event. Guests will be required to return their bags to their vehicles or another secure area prior to admittance to Rogers Arena.

  • Can I park underground at Rogers Arena?

    Concert parking at Rogers Arena can be reserved online via Ticketmaster at the time of ticket purchase. Alternatively, limited parking is available on the night of the event on a first-come, first-served basis. Our parkade opens to ticket holders 15 minutes prior to arena doors. For accessible parking requests, please contact our Fan Services department at 604-899-7440 or [email protected] (subject to availability and on a first come, first serve basis).

  • Can you verify my tickets?

    Please obtain your tickets from Ticketmaster or other authorized agents to avoid purchasing invalid tickets. Unfortunately, we cannot verify tickets or honour lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets. Any fan who, knowingly or unknowingly, gains entry using invalid tickets will be subject to eviction without compensation.

  • When can I pick up my tickets at Will Call?

    On the night of the show, the Toyota Ticket Centre at Gate 10 (ground-level, on the north side of Rogers Arena) is open until the headline performer takes the stage. Guests are required to show photo identification and the credit card used to purchase when picking up tickets. For questions, please call the Ticket Centre at 604.899.7676.

  • Where can I buy tour merchandise?

    Subject to availability, you can pre-order online at Vanbase for pick-up before the show or delivery to your door.

  • How do I get to Rogers Arena?

    Rogers Arena is located in the heart of downtown Vancouver and is easily accessible via public transportation and private vehicle. See directions.
