Purses, backpacks or bags larger than 14” x 14” x 6” (35cm x 35cm x 15cm) are not permitted. Guests will be required to store their bags prior to admittance. We offer a bag check, if required (see below).
Exceptions may be provided for diaper bags and medically necessary items. All bags are subject to search. Please contact Fan Services at [email protected] or via phone at 604-899-7440 to ask about any medical exceptions.
Bag Check: Located at Gate 6 outside the Canucks Team Store, at a cost of $10 (non-refundable). Open to guests who are unable to return large bags or prohibited items to a secure area. Bags will not be accessible during the event. Bag check opens the same time as arena doors for each event and closes 45 minutes post-event. Bags remaining after bag check closes will be placed in Rogers Arena Lost & Found which can be contacted on 604-899-7803.
