On April 19th and 20th, the legendary Paul McCartney is bringing his One On One Tour to Rogers Arena for two nights.
For many people, seeing Paul McCartney live in concert is an opportunity of a lifetime. The former Beatle will make his iconic appearance in Vancouver for the first time in four years since performing at BC Place Stadium for his On the Run Tour.
The Beatles grew in fame after performing all around Europe during the 1960s. The impact that the band had on popular culture was extraordinary as this was the era in which the band made a lasting impact on rock ‘n’ roll. McCartney wrote many notable hits for the band such as “Hey Jude”, “Let it Be” and “Yellow Submarine”. As an integral part of The Beatles, he captivated the hearts of fans around the globe as one of the greatest rock ‘n’ roll bands of all time.
The Beatles icon has accomplished a tremendous amount throughout his career with the band and as a solo artist. McCartney has embarked on an exceptionally successful solo career since breaking up with the band many years ago. As the first Beatle to release a solo album self-titled McCartney, the artist has no intention of staying away from the limelight. He even collaborated with the power duo of Rihanna and Kanye West for their song “FourFiveSeconds” which debuted on the 57th Grammy Awards.
