Any baby bags are welcome in the arena after security checks. If you require any special food execptions or medical supplies, please let Fan Services know at 604-899-7440 or via email at [email protected].
Booster seats are available at Guest Service Centres which are located in Sections 104 (during hockey games only), 114, and 311, on a first come, first served basis. You will be asked to leave your driver’s license or credit card as a deposit.

Baby change tables are located in all washrooms. Extra-large single unit family washrooms are located at Sections 103 and 109, and Section 309.
Children who are 36″ in height or shorter are welcome to the arena without their own ticket.
This is with the expectation that the child will be sitting on their parents lap for the duration of the event.
If your family is joining us for a Canucks or Warriors game, we encourage you to visit FIN’s Family Zone at Section 102! There will be airbrush tattoos, poster making booths, and photo opportunities with Fin our mascot.
We have child and adult sized noise cancelling headphones available free of charge at our Guest Services Centres.
You will be asked to leave your driver’s license or credit card as a deposit. Additionally, we offer clean blankets at guest services if any guest is feeling chilly as we are an ice rink!

There is a Quiet Room located at Section 108 for nursing parents or anyone needing a break from the sensory-rich environment, based on availability and by request.
