Tickets for games, concerts, and most events at Rogers Arena can be purchased in person at the Toyota Ticket Centre located on the North side of the venue located at Gate 10. Please inquire for additional details or accessibility requests (604.899.7676).

Payment is accepted in the form of VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and cash.

There are no refunds and no exchanges on any ticket purchased for a Rogers Arena concert, game or event. In the event that a show is canceled or rescheduled, please contact the original point of purchase.

Buying from unauthorized sources increases the risk of counterfeit, which can leave fans disappointed when they arrive at Rogers Arena.

We recommend fans purchase online by clicking the button below. Tickets can also be purchased securely from Canucks Season Ticket Members directly through NHL Ticket Exchange at ticketexchangebyticketmaster.com/NHL, the Canucks official secondary market site that offers legitimate and valid resale tickets.

Fans unable to secure tickets on the on-sale date are encouraged to check canucks.com within 48 hours of a playoff game day for great seats released by the NHL, NHLPA and visiting team.

Will Call

Pre-purchased tickets may be picked up at the Will Call windows at the Toyota Ticket Centre. Account owner must present valid picture ID when picking up will call orders and quote the phone number associated to the account order.

Monday – Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

Please note that the Toyota Ticket Centre is closed on major holidays unless there is an event scheduled.

Monday – Sunday: The Toyota Ticket Centre opens at 9:30am on game days and remains open until the beginning of the third period.

Day of Show: Concerts, Events, and Family Shows
