Fans with Disabilities and Accessible Needs

We welcome the opportunity to serve all our guests. Rogers Arena has a unique building design that allows full access for guests with special needs and disabilities.

Our guest services staff receive special training to ensure all guests’ needs are accommodated and every guest’s experience is comfortable and enjoyable.

Entrances and Elevators

With the exception of Gates 3 and 7, all entrances at Rogers Arena are accessible. Gate 16, located on Pat Quinn Way, is the designated drop-off and pick-up zone for our guests with disabilities, as it provides mid-block curb ramps and direct access to the elevators at Gate 16.

In addition to the elevators at Gate 16, there are elevators at Gates 2, 9, and 10. The Georgia Street and Dunsmuir Street walkways connect Rogers Arena to Beatty Street and the Level 300 balcony seating.

For guests with non-visible disabilities requiring access assistance to enter the building, please contact Fan Services at 604.899.7440 or fanservices@canucks.com.
